Aluminium Die Casting

At Bretalink Manufacturing we produce an extensive range of permanent aluminum die castings. We specialize in two different methods of production to manufacture products to a very high standard and quality.

The gravity dies casting method utilizes various machines including horizontal, vertical and tilt pour and can produce castings which can each weigh as much as 30kgs, and can be produced from small quantities up to runs in excess of 30,000.

Alternatively, our low-pressure die casting method is capable of production runs up to 100,000 in number, with a component weight of up to 12kg.

We consistently manufacture quality products with our low-pressure machinery being PLC controlled. In addition, the electric furnaces (which are used for controlled melting of aluminum) maintain accurate temperatures throughout the production runs. Our production facility also has a laboratory that is fitted out with a spectrograph which allows us to continually monitor the specifications of the many different aluminum grades available.

2. 4 x 1-tonne furnaces ready to run at all times
3. 200kw quick melt induction furnace
4. 3 low pressure die casting machines

We can also Powder coat, surfaces to look like copper, chrome plate, polish.
