In-House Tool Making

At Bretalink Manufacturing we offer a range of services to our clients from tool and die mould making through to part Design.

Using the latest technology such as high-speed CNC machining centres we have a machining capacity of up to 2 meters by 1.5 meters in size and a weight capacity of up to 4 tonnes. We utilize a range of CAD / CAM packages for our tool making which includes Unigraphics, Powermill and Austad.

Our Machine shop includes.

3. 5 milling machines, some used for production work from our casting shop doing slotting and cutting

6. 2 electrical discharge machines (sink machines)
